You fly home with a full medical report and aftercare protocol. Your coordinator checks in after your return and remains your point of contact with the clinic.

How much does your service cost? +
Coordination is free of charge for you: our partner clinics remunerate us for bringing them well-prepared patients. You pay the clinic directly for your medical care, at the clinic’s own prices. Our optional Premium concierge package (airport fast-track, chauffeur, hotel, personal representative) is the only paid service — quoted transparently before you commit.
How do you choose which clinic to recommend? +
We only work with licensed clinics we have visited and vetted — internationally accredited where relevant (JCI, ISO), with experienced specialists in your procedure. We name our partners so you can verify them yourself, and we recommend based on your medical file, not on who pays us more: our commission structure is the same across partners.
Is it safe to have a medical procedure in Thailand? +
Thailand was the first country in Asia to have a JCI-accredited hospital (2002) and now counts more than 60 internationally accredited facilities. As with any surgery anywhere, safety depends on choosing the right clinic and surgeon for your case — which is precisely the decision we help you make, and every candidacy is confirmed by the clinic’s own medical assessment.
Do I need to speak Thai or English? +
No. Your coordinator speaks your language (English and French today), joins your key appointments, and stays reachable on WhatsApp throughout your stay.
How long will I need to stay in Thailand? +
It depends on the procedure: from 2–3 days for a check-up or dental work to 10–14 days for most surgical procedures, so that your surgeon can complete follow-up visits before you fly home. We give you a realistic stay length with your quote — never an optimistic one.
What happens if there is a complication after I return home? +
Before you leave Thailand, your clinic provides a full medical report and aftercare protocol. Your coordinator stays in contact after your return, and if an issue arises we liaise directly with your clinic on revision options and next steps. We are transparent about this rather than promising the impossible: revision policies belong to each clinic, and we put them in writing in your quote.
How far in advance should I plan? +
For most procedures, 4–8 weeks ahead is comfortable: time for your video consultation, the clinic’s medical review, and good flight and hotel options. Shorter timelines are often possible — ask us.
Can someone travel with me? +
Of course. We arrange accommodation and logistics for accompanying partners or family, and our concierge services cover them too.
