Terms of Service

Medi Siam Care provides medical travel coordination and concierge services: needs analysis, introduction to licensed partner clinics, appointment organisation, travel and accommodation logistics, and assistance before, during and after your stay.

All medical services are contracted directly between you and the treating clinic, which invoices its care independently. Medi Siam Care is remunerated by its partner clinics for coordination and, where applicable, by clients for optional concierge packages.

Quotes for medical procedures are prepared by partner clinics and remain subject to medical assessment.
